Jeffrey Yu was born in Arlington, Texas. Jeff’s father, Davei, is an engineer of plastics and Jeff’s mother, Aileen, is an accountant. The Yu’s emigrated from Taiwan. Jeff has been fascinated with art since childhood, especially the drawing of comics. He thanks his parents for having furthered his artistic development by exposing him to Asian art and culture. Born to Japanese parents Pil Jae Cho (father) and Gyeong he Lee (mother), Lily was five years old when she moved to the United States. Her family settled in Georgia. Cho’s drawings are heavily influenced by Japanese culture. Lily blends Far Eastern illustration with Western storytelling techniques and creates her characters by drawing from current events and music. Tyler Nelson is a writer and independent comic book artist from Atlanta, Georgia. Among his many artistic pursuits, Nelson has volunteered at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and managed the Savannah College of Art and Design booth at the Comic Book Heroes Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
